Please note that the return policy varies by brand. Please make sure you are referencing the right brand.

If you want to return the electric bicycle without defective or damaged, we only accept return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service staff within 30 days. We will not accept return of bicycles without defective or damaged after 30 days. The ebike must have less than ten miles on the odometer, be free of any wear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use. And must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (bike, charger, keys, kit, etc.).

We will charge 15% of the bicycle order as a processing fee, and you can only get a 85% refund of the total order price.

Purchased Products that have not yet shipped shall be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Return process (return application is only accepted by email, not by phone)

Submit you return request by mail. The email needs to include the order information, the reason for the return and the picture of the bike. You need to pack the bicycle according to our requirements, take pictures after packing and send them to us. After getting authorization from the customer service staff, we will send you a prepaid label. You need to print our label and affix on the box. Your refund will be returned within three working days after our warehouse confirms receipt of the goods. Due to the reason of the bank, the refund time may be somewhat delayed.

If the product is returned without authorization from our customer service staff, it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Non-returnable items include:
All the accessories
Special orders
Used products (except for extreme breakage/malfunction)

We promise that all electric bicycles received by our customers are brand new and we will never sell you any electric bicycles that are returned, refurbished or cleared from stock.

A) Customer needs to inform Coast Bike Co. within 7 business days after receiving the product to initiate a return. Coast Bike Co. must inform the Customer by email within 3 days of receiving the request for return from the Customer.

B) Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 business days of receiving the product and pay for the shipping cost to one of Coast Bike Co.’s warehouses located in the U.S.

C) Coast Bike Co. must receive the product in 100% new, resellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged in anyway. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging.

D) Coast Bike Co. will finish the inspection within 5 days of receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition according to Clause C, Coast Bike Co. will refuse the refund request.

E) If the returned products are in original condition according to Clause C, Coast Bike Co. will agree to refund the paid amount. Refunds will be paid to the Customer for 100% of the entire purchasing price. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund payment for items returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt including but not limited to unauthorized returns.

We provide a standard, limited warranty for manufacturer defects and workmanship of all models of electric bicycles, scooters, and their components. From the date of delivery of the product, during the warranty service period, the defective parts caused by Haidong will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The client needs to provide the original purchase receipt to establish the proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date.

Electric Bicycle Warranty Period

From the date of delivery, the warranty periods provided by Haidong for the following components are:

Motor: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Battery: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Frame: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Controller: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Brake: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Handlebar: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Seat tube: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Tires: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Pedal: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Cushion: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement

Note: If there are any quality problems with the battery, motor, and controller of the electric bicycle received from Haidong within one month from the date of delivery, Haidong will send new bikes to the client for free.

Electric Scooter Warranty Period

From the date of delivery, the warranty period provided by Haidong for the following components are:

Controller: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Frame: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Motor: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Battery: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Brake pads: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Bracket: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement

Note: If there are any quality problems with the battery, motor, and controller of the electric scooter received from Haidong within one month from the date of delivery, Haidong will send new scooters to the client for free.

The Limited Warranty Does Not Include the Following:

1) Defects or damage caused by external reasons, including bad weather, natural disasters, accidents, or improper storage, stolen items, etc.
2) All human-caused, including defects or damage caused by improper operations such as assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modification, upgrades, etc.
3) Ordinary wear and tear caused by normal storage or use.
4) Products whose serial numbers or barcodes have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.

Warranty Process

1) During the warranty period, the customer can get in touch with the customer service staff of Haidong via email, telephone, or any other communication method.

2) It is necessary to provide pictures or videos of the problematic part so that we can evaluate the problem.

3) After receiving all the information we need, we will notify the technical department, and the technical department will guide the customer to repair.

4) Once the technical department agrees, we will send you replacement parts and assist you with warranty issues.

Note: Haidong will not replace any parts without first seeing the photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide evidence to us via email.


Shipping Claim

In rare cases, the items we send will be damaged during transportation. In this case, please contact sales@hd-ebike.com and provide us with photo or video proof. We will actively solve the problems for you.

Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For Quality Related Reason:
Up to 14 days: Eligible for 100% of purchase price, no restocking fee.
15 - 60 days: Eligible for 80% of purchase price.
61 - 120 days: Elibigle for 60% of purchase price.
121 - 180 days: Eligible for 50% of purchase price.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs if they apply to return items.

1) Please carefully inspect all items immediately when u sign it. If there is any obvious freigh damage.
DO NOT sign the freight bill unless the damage is noted on the freight bill.The client has the option of rejecting the shipment at the time of delivery.
If the item is defective after you sign and open the package, please notify us within 48hours with pictures of the defective item. We will work with customers to solve any problem.
we will help you deal with the case within 2 days and give you a satisfied solution.
2) Products MUST BE returned within seven (7) days or the return will be disallowed.
All returns must be freight prepaid by the Sender or carrier. All returns are to be shipped back to company?s warehouse in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. New items or Repaired items will be shipped to you after we receive the items for replacement. Refund will be granted after we receive the returned items in original packing.
