LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

All EUNORAU bikes are covered under our manufacturer's one-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the one-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transfer can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
1) The one-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.
2) You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

COVERED PRODUCTS

EUNORAU will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

Frame

EUNORAU ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for one year.

This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized EUNORAU.

EUNORAU reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of EUNORAU.

Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
Impact damage
Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

Batteries

EUNORAU batteries are covered by a one-year prorated warranty.

During one year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.

After the first year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new one-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

No cash reimbursement will be made.

Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by EUNORAU only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by EUNORAU. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
Brake Pads
Rotors
Spokes
Tires/Tubes
Chains
Chain Rings Cassettes
Crankset

Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
Frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by EUNORAU.
The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by EUNORAU with the Products.
Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:
Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
Parts & Components
Original EUNORAU parts & components are covered by a one-year limited warranty (When all the spare parts for the warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).

CLAIMS PROCESS

Warranty Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through EUNORAU. and submitted to info@eunorau-ebike.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at info@eunorau-ebike.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through EUNORAU within one year of initial purchase. EUNORAU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact info@eunorau-ebike.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

REPAIR SERVICE For offline bicycle store repair services, EUNORAU will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.

We provide a standard, limited warranty for manufacturer defects and workmanship of all models of electric bicycles, scooters, and their components. From the date of delivery of the product, during the warranty service period, the defective parts caused by Haidong will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The client needs to provide the original purchase receipt to establish the proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date.

Electric Bicycle Warranty Period

From the date of delivery, the warranty periods provided by Haidong for the following components are:

Motor: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Battery: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Frame: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Controller: 2 Years, Free maintenance or replacement
Brake: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Handlebar: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Seat tube: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Tires: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Pedal: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Cushion: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement

Note: If there are any quality problems with the battery, motor, and controller of the electric bicycle received from Haidong within one month from the date of delivery, Haidong will send new bikes to the client for free.

Electric Scooter Warranty Period

From the date of delivery, the warranty period provided by Haidong for the following components are:

Controller: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Frame: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Motor: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Battery: 2 Years, Free maintenance
Brake pads: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement
Bracket: 1 Year, Free maintenance or replacement

Note: If there are any quality problems with the battery, motor, and controller of the electric scooter received from Haidong within one month from the date of delivery, Haidong will send new scooters to the client for free.

The Limited Warranty Does Not Include the Following:

1) Defects or damage caused by external reasons, including bad weather, natural disasters, accidents, or improper storage, stolen items, etc.
2) All human-caused, including defects or damage caused by improper operations such as assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modification, upgrades, etc.
3) Ordinary wear and tear caused by normal storage or use.
4) Products whose serial numbers or barcodes have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.

Warranty Process

1) During the warranty period, the customer can get in touch with the customer service staff of Haidong via email, telephone, or any other communication method.

2) It is necessary to provide pictures or videos of the problematic part so that we can evaluate the problem.

3) After receiving all the information we need, we will notify the technical department, and the technical department will guide the customer to repair.

4) Once the technical department agrees, we will send you replacement parts and assist you with warranty issues.

Note: Haidong will not replace any parts without first seeing the photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide evidence to us via email.


Shipping Claim

In rare cases, the items we send will be damaged during transportation. In this case, please contact sales@hd-ebike.com and provide us with photo or video proof. We will actively solve the problems for you.

Note: We will not accept shipping damage claims after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

NAKTO Electric Bicycle Warranty Policy

NAKTO 1 Year Warranty includes main bike components: motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake and PAS system.

Parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.

Shipping Damage claims

Shipping damages must be reported to NAKTO E-BIKE within 48 hours after shipments arrivals. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. NOT included in the warranty

NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike upon prior to the fix.

This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contest and water wading.

NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

Terms of warranty

This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

CLAIMS

All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. SAVA TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of SAVA bike and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Warranty registration is not required.

Your purchase includes the following warranty:

SAVA Bike 2-Year Warranty
All SAVA bikes carry a two(2) year warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship(all free accessories are not covered).

Replacement Procedure:

SAVA will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and/or workmanship(including the damage in the processing of shipment).

SAVA shall be in the sole discretion to determine whether damage or defect of SAVA bike or covered component is under this limited warranty.

1: Claims
If you believe your SAVA bike has a warranty issue, we suggest that you first contact us at service@savadeck-bike.com as there is a proper solution for your problem.

SAVA will not ship any parts to the customer without checking photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence via email.

2: Shipping Damage Claims

In rare cases, the product will be damaged in the processing of shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service@savadeck-bike.com and provide us with photos or videos.

All free accessories are not covered to be claimed for replacement or compensation if there are scratches during transportation.

NOTICE: We only accept shipping damage claims within seven (7) days of your receipt of the bike.

FRAME
SAVA frames are under warranty for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase. The defective frame can be replaced with a new one which is under the limited warranty but labor charges for frame replacement are not covered.

SAVA reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. The defective frame can be replaced with the same or most nearly comparable one at the discretion of SAVA

Frame issues that are not covered under this warranty include but are not limited to:

Impact damage

Chainguard mounts to the frame if applicable

Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source;


PARTS & COMPONENTS
Original SAVA parts & components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Any of damaged parts caused by people is not covered.

The bicycle's owner will be responsible for the shipping costs of the spare parts for warranty.


This limited warranty does not cover:

1.Damage resulting from normal wear and tear(not the result of defects in workmanship or materials) is not covered. Wear and tear will be assessed by SAVA. Parts not covered include but are not limited to:
1.1 Brake Pads
1.2 Rotors
1.3 Spokes
1.4 Tires/Tubes
1.5 Chains
1.6 Chain Rings
1.7 Cassette
1.8 Crank set
1.9 Corrosion on electrical components is not covered by the warranty

The following components are covered for 1 (one) year against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for the original owner. These items are- stem, handlebar, seat post, seat/saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, branded fork motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, battery, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Some items might have additional warranty provided by manufacturer and would be available by supplier directly. This warranty does not cover wear and tear products which are consumed during normal use: tires, tubes, brake pads, housing, grips, chain, spokes. This warranty only covers parts, not including shipping, labor, and other fees.
